Processing of your personal data

Aliro Docs collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the necessary security measures under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the processing of personal data.
Your personal data is collected either through emails sent to us, through other direct contact with you as a registered user, or via publicly available sources, e.g. LinkedIn, Krak.dk, your employer's website, etc.
When Aliro Docs collects and processes your personal data directly from you, you provide your name, company name, telephone number, address, CVR number, and email address as part of the agreement entered into. The same information is collected from the aforementioned public sources for the purpose of establishing a customer relationship.
When you download the documents you have ordered, you provide an email address to which the document is sent. This email address is also stored and processed in accordance with this privacy policy.
The purpose of the collection is to obtain contact information for the purpose of contacting partners and potential partners.
Aliro Docs only collects the personal data necessary for processing and only general personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies on our website to personalize our content and analyze our traffic. Your personal data is stored by Aliro Docs in a secure register in accordance with applicable requirements for security measures when storing personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
Aliro Docs processes all personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
Aliro Docs uses data processors to process your personal data in relation to meeting booking, records, and invoicing. In cases where Aliro Docs discloses your personal data for processing by a data processor, the processing is done solely on behalf of Aliro Docs, and your personal data may not be used for the data processor's own purposes.
Aliro Docs has entered into data processing agreements with these data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.
We do not use data processors located in unsafe third countries unless they are able to provide adequate guarantees for the protection of your personal data, e.g. through accession to the EU US Privacy Shield in relation to companies located in the United States.

Request for correction, cessation of processing, or deletion

If there are errors in the personal data we hold about you, you have the right to have them corrected so that we have the correct information, just as you have the right to have the information provided in a standard format (data portability). If you wish to make changes or request data portability, you are also welcome to write to us at the above email address.

How long your personal data is stored

Aliro Docs stores your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the data, cf. section 1 above. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act, your name and email address will be stored for as long as necessary to ensure documentation of compliance.
