1. Processing of your personal data
Aliro Docs collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the necessary security measures in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the processing of personal data.
Your personal data is collected either through emails sent to us, through other direct contact with you as a data subject or via publicly available sources, e.g.e.g. LinkedIn, Krak.dk, your employer's website, etc.
When Aliro Docs collects and processes your personal data directly from you, you provide your name, company name, telephone number, address, CVR no. and your e-mail address as part of the agreement entered into. The same information is collected from the aforementioned public sources for the purpose of establishing a customer relationship.
When you download the ordered documents, you provide an e-mail address and the document will be sent to it. This e-mail address is also stored and processed in accordance with this privacy policy.
The purpose of the collection is to obtain contact information in order to contact business partners and potential business partners.
Aliro Docs only collects the personal data necessary for processing and only ordinary personal data.

2. Cookies
We use cookies on our website and to customize our content and to analyze our traffic. A cookie is a small text file that is sent from the web server to your web browser (e.g. Chrome) and enables the website or server to collect limited information about you. Cookies can therefore contain personal data but can also simply contain technical information. Cookies are also used to optimize your user experience on our website.
You can always delete cookies directly in your browser if you do not want them to be stored.

3. Data security
Your personal data is stored at Aliro Docs in a secure directory in accordance with applicable requirements for security measures when storing personal data, cf. the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
Aliro Docs processes all personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
Aliro Docs uses data processors to process your personal data in relation to meeting booking, inventory and invoicing. In cases where Aliro Docs passes on your personal data for processing by a data processor, the processing is done solely on behalf of Aliro Docs, and your personal data may not be used for the data processor's own purposes.
Aliro Docs has entered into data processing agreements with these data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.
We do not use data processors located in insecure third countries unless they are able to provide appropriate guarantees for the protection of your personal data, e.g. by joining the EU US Privacy Shield in relation to companies located in the US.

4. Contact information for requests for access to the personal data we process
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act, you have the right to be informed of the personal data we process about you. You can request access to this information by contacting us at:

5. Request for rectification, cessation of processing or erasure
If there are errors in the personal data we hold about you, you have the right to have them corrected so that we have the correct data, just as you have the right to receive the data in a common format (data portability). If you have any requests for changes or data portability, you are also very welcome to write to us at the above email address.

6. How long will your personal data be stored
Aliro Docs will store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the information, cf. section 1 above. In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act, your name and e-mail address will be stored for as long as necessary to ensure documentation of compliance.
